Today’s card (11-11)

Hello all!

Meet today’s card.

BestWishes_StitchedLeaves_teri

This one came about mostly because I wanted to play around with a Timeless Touches stamp set I’ve been hoarding.  What’s cool about Timeless Touches’ stamp sets is they come with clear stamps and piercing templates so you can poke holes and stitch your stamped image.

Just for kicks, here’s what the sentiment I used looks stamped without stitching.

Here’s a close up of it after I used the piercing template and stitched on the leaves.

I think it’s a cool concept. I personally haven’t seen anything like them before.

Besides the Timeless Touches products, I used papers from American Crafts on this card. The gems are from Zva Creative and the ribbon is from Papertrey Ink.

That is all I have for now. I’ll be back later.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hey Terri, beautiful card! I am just wondering which PTI ribbon you are using? It looks velvety?…is this a trick of the camera or something fab I am missing on their site??!!??!!

    Thanks everyone!

    And hi Lisa!
I think it’s just the camera and the light glaring on the ribbon.
I used PTI’s Ocean Tides Luxe Satin ribbon.
    Hope that helps!
