It’s time for another Studio AE Blog Hop! Woot, woot!
The crew is celebrating the new December Joys by Ali Edwards stamp set, which starts shipping today.
I love this set!
I have a few projects to share with you today.
I went the non-traditional route and first made a card with it.
I paired it with a couple stamps from other Technique Tuesday stamp sets: Jingle All the Way by Ali Edwards and Be Jolly (one of the stamp sets I personally designed).
To give the snowy field the look of ice, I squirted a big puddle of Stickles glitter glue onto the field and spread it with my finger.
So in addition to cards, I used the set (and a few other ones from Technique Tuesday’s 2012 release) to make some journaling cards and filler cards ahead of time to use in my Project Life and December Daily albums this year.
And I kept going, and whipped out these ones, too:
Besides the December Joys set, I used stamps from Twinkle On, Be Jolly and the Magic of Christmas by Ali Edwards on my cards. The papers are just leftover pieces of patterned paper cut down to fit in my books!
