Papertrey Ink giveaway and today’s card (8-9)

Hi all!

Today’s post is going to be a little different. I usually lead off with a card, but I’m going to start off today with some fun news and a big, big giveaway.

I’m a thrilled to share with you I’ve been invited to be Papertrey Ink’s Distinguished Guest Designer for the August and September.

What? I know. Believe me. I know. 😉 It’s fair to say that I went from calm and collected to super crazy giddy when I was asked.

In all seriousness, I have great respect for Nichole and the Papertrey Ink design team. They are all such a talented and passionate group of group of gals, who amaze and wow every month. They make me want to play more at my craft table so to get to play along with them and the new releases really excites me.

Anyway, enough love. Let’s talk giveaway.

Nichole asked me to pick $100 of my favorite PTI products, and she’s giving away a Teri’s Picks prize package on her  blog my blog!

It was a tough call, but this is what I went with.

Since this post is all about Papertrey, it seemed appropriate the card be a heavy PTI card.  The images are all from Papertrey Ink. The sets I used were Polka Dot Basics 2 and Spiral Bouquet. Polka Dot Basics 2 came out last month. Spiral Bouquet is much older. The ribbon, paper and buttons are from PTI, too.  😉 The floss is from my stash.

I’ll have some projects here that use August’s release on the night of 13th.
