Today’s cards (2-12)

Hello out there! 🙂

It’s another two-fer card day here.

Both of these cards use a few Teresa Collins papers fresh from CHA.

Meet card #1.

I added a few strips of glitter to this one by placing two-way tape strips on the frame and dumping glitter over them.

And meet card #2.

This one is a surprise for me. I sort of feel like I was trying to channeling my friend, Melissa, when I made it. She is the queen of layers and all things shabby.  I’m so not a layer or shabby girl, but it was fun to step out of my comfort zone.

All the patterned papers on this one are from Teresa Collins. The vellum is from WorldWin Papers. The letters are from Doodlebug, ribbon is from May Arts and gems are from Zva Creative.

I’ll be back tomorrow with another card.

Thanks for stopping by.

Today’s cards (2-8)

Hello all!

Hope you all had a good weekend.

I never made it back here this weekend so today is two-fer card day. 🙂

Meet #1.

This one uses that Love, Ali stamp set (again). It’s from Technique Tuesday. The patterned paper in the back is from A Muse.

Meet #2.

This one uses papers from A Muse and October Afternoon, stickers from SRM Press and Paper Frills from Doodlebug.

Hmmmm. Strange. I rarely use gingham and just realized both these cards have it in paper form. A sign of things to come? Hmmmm. Maybe.

Thanks for stopping by. I’ll be back later.

Today’s card (2-4)

Hello, hello!

Meet today’s card.

The paper is from Basic Grey’s Sugar Rush collection.

The red border is a Paper Frills strip from Doodlebug Designs.

The circle and hearts are from Technique Tuesday’s Love, Ali clear stamp set.

And the polkies are from Technique Tuesday’s Passion for Polka clear stamp set, which I guarantee you will be seeing a lot of from me in the near the future.  One can never have too many polka dot  stamps, paper and all that. Well, at least in my world, that is how it is. Polkies = happy me. 🙂

That is all for now. I’ll be back  over the weekend.

Thanks for taking a little time out of your day to stop by. I appreciate it.

Today’s card (2-1)

Hello all!

Meet today’s card.

I was  inspired by my friend, Tenia, and a design challenge she posted the other day. Click here for the details about the challenge and to see the inspiration piece. I drew inspiration from the colors.

The papers here from October Afternoon’s Thrift Shop collection. I had a teeny tiny swatch of them and just couldn’t let them go to waste. 😉 The oval is a sticker from Jenni Bowlin and the letters are from Crate Paper. The red dots are gems.

Thanks for the inspiration, Tenia!

That’s really all I have for now. I’ll be back tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by.
