Celebrating Cath Edvalson + Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hi guys!

What a fun day! I’m pretty dang happy to be joining some of the coolest crafty peeps I know for a blog hop celebrating Cath Edvalson’s new stamps and dies for Technique Tuesday.

If you have been hopping along, you should have arrived from Linda Barber’s blog. If you just stumbled onto this post, welcome to the hop! I hope you’ll join in on the fun!

I’ve got some one card to share with you today.

For You My Friend Pink Flower by Teri e lv

I created the flower with the Cath’s new Garden Flowers dies and Garden Leaves dies.

I got a little bit adventurous with the flower and cut two mats for it. Then I turned one of them and then layered all three flower elements together.

I had initially planned to cut the leaves from green cardstock but I decided to live on the edge and go pink! 😉

For You My Friend Pink Flower card by Teri

The sentiment was created by mixing together a phrase from the Garden of Life stamp set with the Garden Flowers die. There is actually a “friend” word as part of the stamped phrase but I masked it off with tape before I inked the stamp.

Alright, that’s what I have for you.

The next stop on the hop is the blog of the woman of the hour, Cath Edvalson! Take it away, Cath!

By the way, if you get lost while you are hopping today, swing by the Technique Tuesday blog. There’s a list of all the blog hoppers there.

And be sure to comment as you go. There are some Technique Tuesday prizes up for grabs. Technique Tuesday will choose the lucky winners from comments made during the course of the blog hop.
