Super tickled to help my friends from Ellen Hutson kick off this month’s Pin-Sights Challenge.
What is the challenge? Well, it’s a monthly challenge! Every month, there’s a Color Trend Inspirational photo put on the CLASSroom blog. The challenge this month?
I was inspired by the color scheme from the challenge and used Copic markers (somewhat similar to the colors) to draw lines across the panel I planned to place on the card. I wasn’t 100% exact, and I think that’s a-OK. Just trying to keep things real here.
I stamped the flower from the Mondo Peony set three times onto the card panel. I also stamped a sentiment from the Warm Fuzzies set. Then I got a little bit fancy. I used the coordinating dies to cut out one of the flowers.
I plopped it on some foam adhesive and added it to the card. Hard to tell in the first picture, but this one shows the little bit of dimension it added.
Pretty cool, huh?!
Well, that’s all I have for you. Be sure to check out the post on The CLASSroom for inspiration. And be sure to link up your take on it over there too!
A random challenge participant will receive a $50 gift certificate to the Ellen Hutson store. To be eligible, you MUST use Essentials by Ellen products and the photo badge as inspiration. There will be an Inlinkz link up on the challenge post where you can submit your projects.
