July 1st is almost here, and Technique Tuesday is gearing up for the new release with their new release countdown.
I’m tickled to bring you a couple cards today created with the new Bugs & Kisses stamp set.
Meet card No. 1.
This little stamp set is just a stamp set. There are no dies for it at this time. Don’t let that deter you. The images are super easy to cut out with your scissors… or look good on paper, just stamped right onto your paper.
I really wanted the bugs to stand out on this card so I stamped them onto white cardstock, colored them in with markers and then cut them out with my scissors. You’ll see I also stamped a few of them a second time right onto the card. (I didn’t want to mess with cutting out the one bug’s tiny lines.)
And meet card no. 2.
I did the same thing with this card, stamping the bugs on cardstock and fussy cutting them out with my scissors. Again, didn’t want to mess with the tiny parts so I stamped the bugs again onto my card. To make their bodies pop, I adhered them to my card with foam squares. Perfect for giving a little pop!
Alright! That’s what I have for you.
You’ll find this stamp set (and the rest of the new release from Technique Tuesday) here on July 1st.
And you’ll find links to all the other TT design team members sharing projects today on the Technique Tuesday blog. I can’t wait to see what everyone has created! Such a talented bunch of ladies!
Thank you, as always, for stopping by!
