Hi all!

14 in 14 Love Cards for Valentine's Day Challenge // terisplace.wordpress.com

Back again with one more 14 in 14 card for the love card challenge card with Ashley. (Whew! Say that 10 times fast!)

Just a bit of a patterned paper (from Doodlebug and Crate Paper) and some random bits (washi tape, sequin, doily and staples) on this one. If you look really close, you’ll see that I did a little stamping too. Where? Well, it’s on the paper in the typewriter. Just stamped that “Feb 14” phrase with a roller stamp from the office supply store.

I’ve always loved using a date stamp in my scrapbook so it was extra fun to find a way to use it on a card.

Anxious to see Ashley’s take on the challenge today. Be sure to swing by her blog.

Be back again tomorrow.

Hello again!

Back again with another 14 in 14 love card!

Today’s card is a simple and mostly flat one. Sometimes, I get caught up in the fun of being all clunky junky and adding lots of embellishments. Today is not one of those days.

Played it quick and straight here. I was super digging the salt and pepper shakers (cut from a piece of paper from Doodlebug) and just really built the card around them. Added a few pieces of patterned paper next to and above. Slapped them onto cardstock and then added some more patterned paper (from Crate Paper).

Finished the whole thing off with an itty bitty bow tied from twine. What? You wanted something totally flat? I tried. 😉

Can’t wait to see Ashley’s take on today’s challenge. Be sure to visit her.

I’ll be back again tomorrow.

Hi all!

Back again for Day 2 of the 14 in 14 Challenge with Ashley. If you aren’t into love, feel free to flee. I won’t be offended… in the least. 😉 Just be sure to come back in… say… 13 days, k? Deal?

Today’s post brings Love Card #2.

Aww. So tweet! Hee hee!

This is a fun one. That little bird panel came from a piece of paper from the Be Mine collection from Pebbles.  Thought it was just adorable.

Below it, I placed a small bag from Whisker Graphics and doily from SRM Stickers. I thought it would be fun to just slip a gift card into this card, and the small bag fits one perfectly.

The inside of the card is still blank so I can right a little note to the recipient.

Alright! That’s what I have for you. Can’t wait to see what Ashley has for you today. Be sure to swing by.

Hi guys!

Kicking off a fun challenge with my friend, Ashley! We had so much fun at Christmas with our 12 in 12 challenge that we decided to do it again with a 14 in 14 challenge. This time, we’ll be sharing 14 love-themed cards over 14 days.

So let’s get to it with Card #1.

Love You A Latte Card // terisplace.wordpress.com

Having ties to the Northwest, where coffee reigns supreme (yes, I’m a total coffee snob, guys!), this one is near and dear to my heart. 😉 I can’t wait to send this to a coffee loving friend.

The papers and stickers are from Simple Stories’ You & Me Simple Set. To make that coffee stand out, I applied a thin coat of Glossy Accents to it. Then I added a few sequins and small stickers (also from the You & Me Simple Set).  Easy peasy!

Alright! So that’s what I have. Can’t wait to see Ashley’s take on Day 1. Take it away, Ash!

See you again tomorrow.
