A Pink Card!

Hi, friends!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been here with a card, but I’m back! I’ve got a card to share with you today.

A handmade stamped card by Teri | terisplace.wordpress.com

Ta-da!

I created this card this last weekend as the result of a virtual crop with some of my card making friends. Kelly tossed out a challenge to make a card with pink. I decided to give it a go as I don’t often make pink cards and am pretty challenged by the color! It proved to be a good challenge as I spent a lot of time fussing about this one. (Hehe!)

The cups and stamped words are from a couple older stamp sets from My Favorite Things. The large die-cut word was cut with an older die from Lawn Fawn. I cut it four times and the stacked the words up to make one. Then I used my Copic markers to add the gray tones to it.

The patterned papers are just scraps from my box of scraps that I pulled together. I told myself not to worry if they were 100 percent perfect together. I’d be OK, no matter what. (Wink!)

Anyway, that’s what I have got! I’ll be back again this weekend with another card or two to share with you! Thank you, as always, for stopping by. It’s always a treat when you do.

A Fun Idea for Planners and Listers

Hi, friends!

Are you a planner? I shared an easy tutorial the other day on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L blog, showing how to make a dry erase shopping list!

These lists are great because you can tuck them in your planner to jot down all the things you need. Then you can pull the list out and tuck it your purse when it comes time to go grocery shopping (or really any kind of shopping).

Stop by the blog over here for the how-to.

And thanks, as always, for stopping by.
